Q1: How quickly can I expect the product to ship?
A1: Assuming that your product is in stock (and this should be listed on the product page), we will ship within one week of receipt of order – typically on Saturdays or Mondays. We will email you directly with any delays.
Q2: How will you ship?
A2: We use USPS (First Class or Priority Mail service) as it allows for tracking and offers lower rates than other carriers. Unfortunately, shipments outside the borders of the USA are expensive no matter how they are shipped.
Q3: Do you sell and ship to customers outside of the USA?
A3: Yes. However, because shipping rates are so variable, we ask that you email us directly. We will create a custom PayPal invoice for the products with accurate shipping costs.
